Your Key Responsibilities: Primary responsilbiltity would be the U.S. 401(k) Plan: Provide a support role for international Defined Contribution Plans ( Canada, Mexico and South America), as needed Support the ongoing administration of frozen defined benefit plans in the United States and Canada - Oversee all operational, compliance, and governance activities Manage plan administration end-to-end, including: - Eligibility, enrollments & contributions - Perform routine audits & act as key resource in HRS/payroll and vendor testing - Collaborate with recordkeepers, financial advisors, HR teams, and payroll to resolve issues and improve plan operations - Respond to participant inquiries with clarity, empathy, and accuracy - Annual compliance testing (ADP/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, nondiscrimination) - Form 5500 preparation and coordina...
