Your role: You will take ownership of the Change Management process, ensuring that every change is assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented safely and effectively. Working closely with multiple teams, you will help protect service stability, coordinate recovery procedures, and support continuous improvement through structured reviews and clear communication. Your tasks: - Register, categorize, and evaluate Changes, including impact and risk analysis. - Ensure full approval is obtained before any Change is implemented. - Chair Post Implementation Review meetings for your supported area. - Review, monitor, and communicate the progress and outcomes of cross‑tower Changes. - Coordinate documentation and activities related to disaster recovery plans. - Supervise the installation o...
