Your role: You will take ownership of the Change Management process, ensuring that every change is assessed, approved, communicated, and implemented safely and effectively. Working closely with multiple teams, you will help protect service stability, coordinate recovery procedures, and support continuous improvement through structured reviews and clear communication.
