Master Production Scheduler, Advanced Hardware Manufacturing

Job description

The Master Production Scheduler is responsible for planning the build schedule and product mix to meet demand requirements. The Master Scheduler will evaluate production capacity and utilization to set production orders to the pace of needed output for our sensors and computer hardware. This individual will act as the interface to manufacturing, materials, and engineering to coordinate daily build activities and output targets. In this role, you will: Manage the Master Production Schedule in the ERP system (SAP), coordinate BOM updates, and oversee Change Control cutovers for new builds Communicate the build schedules and forecasts, ensuring alignment with requirements. Launch work orders, execute transactions, and generate reports as needed Coordinate with cross-functional teams regarding production goals, timelines, assembly configuration, and demand requirements Review out-of-stock situations or shortage of supply issues in order to execute mitigating actions.
