The People & Culture Manager will lead all Human Resources functions for the property, serving as a strategic partner to leadership and a champion for employee engagement. This role will utilize Paylocity to manage HR operations including payroll, onboarding, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives - Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations and performance management - Administer payroll, benefits, and HRIS through Paylocity - Ensure compliance with all federal, New York State, and local labor laws - Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and recognition programs - Maintain accurate HR records and reporting - Partner with StepStone Hospitality leadership on workforce planning - Support training, development, and succession planning efforts Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Adminis...
