The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) within Kroll provides clients with expert advice across a range of property asset classes throughout the UK. We support a variety of client interests, from financing, secured lending, purchase price allocation (merger & acquisition support), to financial reporting, agency, due diligence and property restructuring. Currently an opportunity exists to join our market leading valuation advisory team, providing advice to institutional and corporate stakeholders and property companies across Europe. Navigating Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of valuation advice across both commercial and residential property in line with RICS Red Book requirements. Performing local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory. Drafting internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Senior Managers, Directors and Managing Directors. Undertake property and market research. Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines. Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.
