Primary Role: This position is responsible for supporting the Student Health Insurance Division by providing administration, account management, clerical and customer support. Duties and Responsibilities: The following is a brief summary of the duties and responsibilities of this position. This is not meant to be all encompassing of the responsibilities of the position: - Preparation of RFPs (requests for proposals) and associated marketing and sales materials - Preparation of renewals for staff - Enrollments and invoicing - Direct engagement with clients to manage accounts - Formation/review of file uploads to carrier sites - Update client contacts and other information as needed within Benefit Point and EPIC - Communicate with clients regarding claims issues/questions regarding primary insurance (domestic and international) - Maintain client filing system - Creation of PowerPoint presentations - Assist in answering client questions - Other duties as assigned Key Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: - Team Work – Supports all organizational departments in a collaborative effort for everyone to succeed. - Writte...
