M&A Tax Manager Department: Corporate Tax: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: City, London: Compensation: £67,000 - £75,000 / year Description: Our M&A Tax Team (part of our wider Corporate & Business Tax Team) are now looking for an M&A Tax Manager to join this exciting and growing department. The right candidate will work alongside partners and directors, to provide bespoke tax advice to clients in respect of a wide range of corporate transactions. The team is currently top heavy with vast experience across one director and 3 partners spending significant amounts of their time servicing the M&A needs of the firm’s clients. They are supported by specialist and more junior resource from our wider team. Our immediate recruitment need arises from servicing growth we have already achieved whilst also committing to our objective of growing this service line substantially and we have no shortage of quality work and opportunities. The M&A Tax Team advise across all areas of transaction tax.
