DIVISIONAL MANAGER ($75M+) Job Number: 2600017W Primary Location : United States-California-San Diego Organization : NAVSTA San Diego Pay Range : $72,804 - $92,449 based on exp Job Summary: Responsible for the development and effective execution of business strategies and programs for assigned divisions to maximize sales opportunities within the individual store. Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the performance and operational effectiveness of assigned departments in compliance with NEXCOM policies and procedures. - Monitors and maximizes financial performance. Develops sales projections for assigned departments and analyzes operational reports to ensure goals are met. Initiates corrective action as necessary. - Exercises a high degree of initiative and business judgment in achieving objectives. Maintains liaison with NEXCOM merchandising and operations staff regarding business strategies and programs. - Develops, implements, and maximizes merchandising strategies and promotional programs.
