Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Program Manager to lead new product development projects. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and delivery execution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a strong background in program management and technical delivery. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end program execution for development projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, production, support, and sales to drive project milestones and resolve roadblocks to development. Develop and maintain detailed project plans , risk registers, and status reports tailored for both internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate regular executive briefings and meetings with customer and internal leadership. Proactively identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
