The HR Executive Advisor (EA) serves as a seasoned strategic partner to HR leaders, combining contextual HR expertise with McLean & Company's research, diagnostics, and benchmarking data to help clients drive measurable organizational outcomes. The EA helps clients prioritize what matters most, turn research-backed strategies into functional impact, and ensure full McLean membership value is realized against their most pressing HR and business priorities. Main Responsibilities: - Building trusted advisory relationships with clients, serving as a dedicated strategic partner who contextualizes McLean research to their specific organizational priorities and challenges. - Conducting in-depth discovery with each client to understand their organizational priorities and developing tailored strategic guidance that applies the right McLean research, diagnostics, and frameworks to their specific context; bridging access to content with actionable outcomes. - Proactively partnering with the Sales team to ensure client focus, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring account health, as well as joining proof-of-concept calls. - Providing proactive, ongoing strategic advisory touchpoints (a...
