Senior Broker

Job description

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Broker to help continue build out of our offering within Direct and Facultative. The successful candidate will work in our International Casualty team and will support an existing team that handles a portfolio of material sized placements. We expect the candidate to be involved in business planning and will look for them to work with the existing team to help continue shaping an overall Global Strategy for group. The Role: Ability to understand a client or prospect’s business, situations, opportunities, problems, and key issues Ability to manage relationships and negotiate placement with the (re)insurance market Prepare client and prospect presentations considering the impact of client profitability Work with Account Executives and Sales Team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal Identify appropriate markets and determine placing strategy Create and grow relationships with underwriters in London an...
