Manage jobs in assigned neighborhoods by monitoring and assisting the workflow; managing the employees assigned to the jobs and tasks; communicating with the Market Manager, Site Scheduler, employees, warehouse personnel, builders, and others; and ensuring jobs are completed safely, accurately, and timely. Ensure that all personnel are adhering to the Company’s safety standards and provide a role-model example of our safety policies and procedures.
