JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Client Services Advisor plays a key role in business analytical support for both internal team members and external clients. This role is responsible for client relationship management, cost optimization, and performance analysis to drive operational efficiencies and revenue growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Client Data Analysis & Optimization - Review and analyze client data for trends, inefficiencies, and additional cost-saving opportunities. - Conduct routing optimization tracking and lost savings tracking to identify areas for improvement. - Evaluate opportunities for cost minimization while maintaining or improving service levels. - Client Engagement & Relationship Management - Conduct monthly client reviews to assess satisfaction, utilization of company tools/services, and demonstrate new solutions. - Maintain and manage relationships with client personnel, understanding their needs while ensuring performance excellence. - Facilitate Annual Business Alignment Meetings to align strategies with client objectives. - Performance & Service Enhancement - Review carrier performance and client satisfaction with carriers, ensuring service consisten...
