TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: Manufacturing Engineer Overview: The Manufacturing Engineer provides technical support to manufacturing operations by implementing new products, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production through process development, testing, and engineering support. Key Responsibilities: ◦ Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to support new and existing products. ◦ Perform time studies to validate labor standards and improve production efficiency. ◦ Identify and reduce manufacturing variability by collaborating with Product Engineering, Production, and Maintenance teams. ◦ Lead cost reduction initiatives and implement process improvements across operations. ◦ Lead manufacturing projects ◦ Design and conduct developmental and acceptance tests for military and international contracts. ◦ Fabricate engineering prototypes for testing and evaluation. ◦ Source new vendors and qualify parts ◦ Provide CAD support for component drawings, layouts, and work center design. ◦ Oversee justification, planning, and execution of capital projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules....
