Summary The Crew Pay Compliance Analyst is responsible for analyzing and evaluating pay data through system exports from the Crew Management System to the Crew Payroll System. These exports are used to conduct manual audits that help identify discrepancies caused by both system automation and manual process errors across departments. The Analyst collaborates with internal teams to resolve pay issues, ensure ongoing accuracy, and support compliance with contractual agreements. Serving as a subject matter expert on organizational and collective bargaining agreement (CBA) changes, the Analyst provides guidance on how these changes impact crew pay. Additionally, the Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity of crew pay by delivering timely and proactive resolutions to crewmember submitted issues.
