Job Description The Machinist Supervisor is responsible for leading daily machine shop operations while remaining an active, hands-on machinist. This role oversees shop workflow, material procurement, inventory control, and job tracking to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. The supervisor works alongside machinists, provides technical guidance, and maintains accountability for productivity, scheduling, and shop organization.
