TITLE: Safety Coordinator C POSITION OBJECTIVE: The primary function of this position is to engage and guide plant personnel in continued safe work practices. This role will lead activities with the primary focus on improving safety within the facility including production, maintenance and shipping areas. The employee will work to develop, implement and train employees on safe practices. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Ability to communicate with employees and management at all levels. - Computer skills, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. - Good interpersonal skills. - Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary - Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Generate Personnel Injury Report. - Generate Accident Investigation when needed. - Conduct and maintain monthly inspections and records. - Train and test all 20/20 Custom Molding Plastics employees according to the Annual Safety Training schedule. - Maintain OSHA 300 Log. - Handle all environmental issues pertaining to 20/20 CMP. - Implement the machin...
