Funds Lawyer

Job description

We are currently seeking a Funds Lawye r to work with leading financial institutions. Responsibilities: - Draft and negotiate investment management agreements and related fund documentation across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on private funds in the UK and Middle East region. - Provide legal support on regulatory inquiries affecting private fund structures and deliver clear, practical guidance to internal teams. - Support lawyers responsible for private fund products, ensuring consistent and compliant advice across fund structures, strategies, and distribution channels. - Manage and instruct external counsel, including reviewing and summarising legal and regulatory advice relating to private equity, private credit, and other alternative investment strategies for internal stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to contribute to effective legal risk management, fund governance, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
