About this role The Finance & Strategy team partners with businesses and enterprise leaders across BlackRock to drive long-term, margin-accretive growth across the firm. The team sits at the intersection of Corporate Strategy & Development and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), blending strategy, finance and execution skillsets. We collaborate closely with leadership of our client and investment businesses to translate the enterprise-level vision and strategy into business-level execution plans, annual budgets, short- and long-term forecasts, insightful metrics and financial frameworks that drive business decisions. This Associate-level position is a key member of the FP&A team partnering with the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) business, a strategic growth priority area for BlackRock.
