Up to $2,500 Sign-On bonus based on experience Shift : Nights. 7:00pm to 7:30am plus every other weekend required Job type: Full Time: Hours: 12: The nursing assistant provides patient care under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. Access to all Patient Health Information is for treatment purposes only. Required: Preferred: Previous Experience in similar setting - Performs general nursing procedures, teaching, interventions, goal setting and treatments (within scope of practice) and reports significant findings to the Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager/Charge Nurse - Organizes care and assumes responsibility for assigned group of patients - Performs bedside hand off at all times - Knowledgeable of growth, development and treatment needed in various populations served - Orients patients to room/unit and ensures, patient communication white boards are complete - Provides skin care and hourly rounding - Organizes and provides care based on priority of patient needs and scheduled activities of patients. - Ensures call lights are answered timely and report patient needs which are outside of the scope of practice to the appropriate personnel - Obtains and documents vital sign...
