Associate Director of Agile PMO

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Associate Director of Agile PMO to join our Technology team in Columbus, OH. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and evolving our Agile PMO and enterprise delivery practices. You will drive consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across project management, agile frameworks, and portfolio governance. You’ll partner closely with Product, IT, and Business leaders to align strategy with execution, strengthen delivery performance, and ensure successful outcomes across strategic initiatives. This role plays a key part in enabling organizational agility and improving how work is delivered across the enterprise.
