SUMMARY: Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager, Self-Perform in our Data Center Solutions Group to support the planning, coordination, and execution of self-perform scopes from preconstruction through project completion. This role partners closely with the Project Manager, Field Leadership, and craft teams to drive productivity, cost performance, and quality of self-perform work. You will play a key role in aligning estimating, operations, and field execution while leading and mentoring project team members. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate across project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Your ability to remain flexible, proactive, and detail-oriented while maintaining a high level of integrity is critical to success in this role.
