Job Summary Secondary Operations provides support to the operating efficiency of the plant and the delivery of quality products to the customer. In this role, Associates will perform tasks in various secondary operations including: In order to maximize the shift days and hours, Associates will cross-train in all secondary operations and be utilized in the most efficient manner per the Team Leader. - Retinas - Parts Washing - Chip Spinning - Closers - Heat Treat - Inspection - Manual Tape and Reel - MD Coating Essential Functions*: - Observes all safety regulations in the performance of all duties - Performs all duties in consideration of providing a quality product to the customer - Accepts assignments from Team Leader and performs duties with limited supervision - Collaborates closely with Team Leader and team members to transmit and exchange information pertinent to the work at hand - Performs other duties as required Tasks: - See individual job descriptions of aforementioned operations for detailed job duties Physical Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds from floor level to waist and waist to floor frequently throughout the entire shift - Must be able to stand th...
