TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: OVERVIEW: Reporting to our Finance Manager, you will be using your accounting and analytical skills to work with leaders and associates at all levels of the Company to review and investigate labor and manufacturing variances, monthly inventory levels and present on key financial results. A substantial portion of this position will involve participating in teams with the goal of driving continuous process improvements within our operations and finance organizations RESPONSIBILITIES: - Monitor changes and update bills of materials / routing - Analyze and update labor and manufacturing overhead rates - Analyze fixed versus variable overhead rates - Analyze and update labor operation hours - Monitor monthly inventory levels and support cycle count programs - Manage physical inventory process - Analyze monthly manufacturing variances and communicate key drivers - Analyze monthly operating efficiencies - Investigate variances and inefficiencies to assist Operations in determining root cause and countermeasure - Analyze monthly gross profit - Analyze inventory reserves - Partner with Manufacturing to prepare annual plant budgets - Support monthly, quarterly, and a...
