Description Position Overview: The Director of Finance & Accounting is responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, planning, reporting, and accounting operations. This role ensures the integrity of financial information, supports business decision-making through analysis and forecasting, and maintains compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. Leads and develops the finance and accounting team to align financial practices with organizational objectives. The position partners cross-functionally to drive operational efficiency and support growth initiatives within a mid-sized consumer products environment. This role also ensures the effectiveness of internal controls, financial policies, and operational accounting processes, providing oversight of all transactional and reporting activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
