Pay Range: $37.71 - $56.57 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse responsible for overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts, including staffing coordination, patient flow, and bed placement. They serve as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments, providing guidance, education, and support to ensure quality patient care. Additionally, they manage hospital-wide situations, assist with data monitoring, and assume administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership.
