Tasks: - Analyzing and resolving issues related to SAP SD and Service Cloud v2 system functionality. - Collaborating with an international team on implementing new solutions. - Gaining hands-on experience with SAP system configuration and support. - Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, learning best practices for knowledge sharing. - Learning and developing expertise in SAP functionalities and business processes. - Implement SAP solutions for the Home Comfort industry, specifically across Service, Sales and Distribution, and HR modules. - Work with process specialists to understand how business needs translate into IT solutions.
