Description Duties & Responsibilities: The Residence Manager is responsible for overall functioning and oversight of assigned programs. This position’s specific duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the subsequent items and are characterized in the following five standards of performance, defined as below: Programming/Scheduling - The Residence Manager’s schedule is typically Monday- Friday 8am to 4:30pm however is subject to change based on the program/workload needs and may include day, evening, overnight, weekend and holiday hours. - Serve on 24-hour Residence Manager On-Call rotation and when on-call maintain coverage of all programs. - Specific work schedule and work site placement will be determined by program needs and will be assigned by the Director- Residential Services, VP-Programs or EMT member. - This position may require travel or transfer between programs. Approved transportation with personal vehicles is reimbursable at the per mile rate set by IRS guidelines.
