Job Description: Bankruptcy Processor is responsible for conducting research to determine if an account should be coded as bankrupt in the U.S. Bank system of record. Incumbent assumes responsibility for the processing of Bankruptcy Notifications including entering of data, formatting and producing appropriate documentation, and file maintenance. In addition, they process notices to include: pending bankruptcy correspondence, discharges, dismissals, 341 notices, transfers, trustee updates, case closures, etc. Processor gathers and verifies data while transferring it to standard format within system of record.
