Job Title: Interior Design er Ministry /Department : Real Estate: Reports to: Real Estate Project Manager Status: Full-time, e xempt: Supervisory Role: No: Objective: The Interior Designer collaborates with the Real Estate Project Managers and the Real Estate Ministry (REM) team, internal and external stakeholders and vendors to design, furnish and install campus and external projects. This role ensures the implementation of design vision across multiple locations and provides leadership in furniture, fixtures and equipment (FFE), while fostering a culture of teamwork, communication and servant leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship - Provide leadership and oversight of FFE operations, including furniture purchases, movement, assembly and placement for campus construction projects and minor renovations - Partner with the REM Team Coordinator to coordinate and lead project workdays - Instruct FFE Associate with furniture refurbishment including painting, light carpentry and repair - Lead s installation and plac...
