The Supervisor will employ lean manufacturing methodologies to maximize production through-put and minimize cost. This is a nightshift position ( 5:30pm to 5:30am) Duties and Responsibilities: - Comply with Company Safety Policies and Procedures - Effectively provides and promotes a "Safety First" culture in the workplace; Ensures all machinery and safety devices and equipment are operable condition. - Supervises and leads team to meet the goals and objectives of the business.
