Support responsibilities and functions of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Direct Union College Academy for Lifelong Learning. Position Title: Director of Academic and Faculty Affairs(Operations and UCALL) Pay Status and Classification: Exempt, Regular Full-time Supervisor: Vice President for Academic Affairs Position Purpose: Support responsibilities and functions of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and Direct Union College Academy for Lifelong Learning. This position is an in-person role and not eligible for a hybrid schedule. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Union College Academy for Lifelong Learning (UCALL) Provide strategic leadership, management, and oversight for Union College’s self-funded Lifelong Learning program. Cultivate a dynamic, welcoming learning community that offers non-credit enrichment opportunities for adults—primarily of retirement age—reflecting Union College’s tradition of liberal arts and academic excellence.
