We’re looking for a (Associate) Director Talent & Client Excellence Diemen hybrid or remote full time how you will contribute The Talent & Client Excellence team is responsible for designing & implementing our global business architecture: our global way-of-working that defines how we do business with talent & clients in order to achieve our growth and profitability ambitions. The business architecture is captured in our Partner for Talent Business model and describes our way of working from sales to delivery in terms of capabilities, processes, people, tech and steering. As part of the T&C Excellence team you will (re-)design and implement our business architecture together with markets. This includes: translating strategic choices from EB/ELT into our overall business architecture designing new business architecture elements, specifying people, processes, tech & steering implementing these new elements in markets, co-driving change from MD till desk level plus the associated revenue & GP/PE growth handing over to market leadership and the Business Operations team for daily steering Topics the team has recently worked on include our delivery center appro...
