About the Job We are seeking a senior construction quality leader to take ownership of our European Data Centre site quality function. This strategic leadership role sits at the heart of our operations structure and reports directly to the Deputy COO, giving the Lead Construction Quality Management the authority to shape how site quality is delivered across the business. The role is responsible for driving quality excellence across multiple live projects while leading a specialist team of travelling Site Engineers. The successful candidate will strengthen our on-site quality assurance approach across Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), First of Kind (FOK) installations, benchmarks, and L1–L4 commissioning activities, acting as the senior quality representative during critical project milestones and key client engagements.
