Pricing Analyst

Job description

The role: We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to join us in London. The main purpose of the role is to support the Pricing Team and wider firm to devise pricing strategies that meet the client’s legal spend objectives whilst proving profitable for our firm. What will you do: Working with the Head of Pricing and the Pricing Manager to develop fee options in response to RFPs and ad-hoc client and matter requests. Preparing analysis to support proposed fee arrangements and rate negotiations. Helping client teams to articulate our pricing in a client friendly way. Undertaking analysis of financial data to identify trends, and opportunities to help proactively inform future pricing and matter management decisions, including undertaking matter/client deep dives to identify areas of improvement. Identifying opportunities to involve our Legal Project Managers in live matters. Tracking pricing decisions and analysing performance of existing fee agreements to identify opportunities for future improvement. Managing e-auctions.
