The salary range for this position is between $21 - $23 per hour. Salary is contingent upon years of experience. POSITION SUMMARY: The Talent Staffing Coordinator - Stores role at Ocean State Job Lot (“OSJL” and “Company”) is responsible for supporting the hiring process to fill all high volume part-time hourly openings in their designated market and is the subject matter expert for recruitment in their designated hiring market. The Talent Staffing Coordinator role is responsible for telling the OSJL story, culture, and values in a way that speaks to a candidate’s interests and career goals while providing an optimal candidate experience. The role ensures all staffing needs are met timely to support the business.
