Success in this position requires proficiency in tool repair, attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and ensuring tools and equipment are properly serviced and maintained. Job Duties: - Performs repairs on electrical and battery-operated power tools, gas equipment, outdoor power equipment, etc. - Receives incoming repairs and creates proper documentation - Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area - Provides customer with quality customer service demonstrating a sense of urgency to complete and deliver the repair - Supports customer service needs onsite, as well as through phone support and e-mail communication - Properly completes service...
