Department Overview The Manager of Cellular Therapy Data Quality and Analytics is accountable for leading and directing the strategic operations of the data quality and analytics program. This role involves ensuring the integrity and reliability of data related to cellular therapy while driving initiatives that leverage data analytics to support clinical excellence and operational efficiency. This includes reporting on outcomes data and meeting regulatory requirements for the Center for International Blood & Marrow Transplant Registry (CIBMTR), the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP), the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT), and the Northwest Marrow Transplant Program (NWMTP). The Manager oversees the clinical quality data for the cellular therapy program. This data is utilized for internal clinical quality improvement initiatives, enhancing the efficacy and effectiveness of the BMT registry, CT program, and Quality Management program.
