The Role: We’re seeking a Make Safe Team Lead to oversee our NSW team, based at our Head Office in Kunda Park In this role, you’ll lead a high-performing team to deliver fast, efficient, and quality make safe repairs, ensuring we meet client expectations and service level agreements every time. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor and support the Make Safe team to achieve KPI’s and service targets - Review team leave to ensure adequate coverage at all times - Monitor trade invoices and costs alongside supervisors - Oversee trade lifecycles and reporting - Build and maintain strong relationships with trades and stakeholders - Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new staff - Conduct probation reviews and regular one-on-ones - Ensure works are completed “right first time” with high customer satisfaction - Maintain clear communication with clients, insurers and internal teams -...
