Your mission The future of AI computing is light, not electrons. Q.ANT is building photonic processing systems that compute with light—delivering a scalable, energy-efficient alternative to transistor-based architectures for next-generation AI and HPC applications. As Senior New Product Introduction Engineer, you will be the technical force driving the transition of our photonic computing systems from early-stage R&D to robust, production-ready units. You will be a foundational member of our operations team, building our capabilities from the ground up. Initially, your focus will be on integration and production processes; as our operations mature and technology stabilizes, you will identify opportunities to optimize lab setups and potentially contribute to system architecture.
