Location : On-Site in New Century, KS About the Role: We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize the maintenance function at our Hugoton plant. In this role, you’ll oversee all equipment and technical operations, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, control costs, and drive continuous improvement to maximize operational efficiency (OEE). You’ll also lead small-scale capital projects, manage contractors, and serve as the plant expert for technical regulatory requirements, including Process Safety Management (PSM). This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to build high-performing teams.
