Job description

The Supervisor, Warehouse plans, organizes and monitors the receiving, storage and distribution of equipment, supplies and products ensuring a smooth and consistent operations. This position serves our Rheem Parts Division , supporting the Randleman, NC location. Oversees warehouse schedules, budgets, and project deliverables. Provides direct supervision over warehouse staff. Provides performance feedback, coaching and mentoring. Accomplishes warehouse objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees Communicating job expectations: Planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions: Adhering to policies and procedures. Responsible for monitoring, and managing policies and processes as it pertains to material movement throughout the manufacturing organization. Responsible for moving inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse coordinating inventory transfers with related departments. Responsible for maintaining and controlling inventory accuracy to ensure optimum levels while continuing to improve line fills on orders for the manufacturing organization.
