Job description

ETFs represent an area of significant innovation and growth for Nuveen. The Capital Markets team resides within the ETF department, operating as the principal point of contact across the ETF ecosystem — collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Marketing, while serving as the primary connection for ETF Market Makers, Authorized Participants, Exchanges, and trading platforms. This role offers significant opportunity for accelerated development, enabling a motivated professional to build deep expertise in ETF capital markets while taking on substantive responsibilities across operations, strategy, and relationship management. The Capital Markets Specialist will manage critical day-to-day operations including ETF creation and redemption processes, custom basket rebalancing, and market quality monitoring, while also supporting Nuveen's Closed-End Fund capital markets programs.
