Description We’re hiring a compassionate RN or LPN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program , serving older adults in the Osmond, NE community since 2018 . Setting: Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health Program Population: Adults ages 65+ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No call, no weekends, paid holidays off) Salaried + Benefit Eligible! Established Program: Serving the community since June 2018 You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults !
