A Day in the Life: The Field Service Engineer is responsible for all aspects of equipment support performed at customer sites or prior to delivery, ensuring all activities are completed in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. This includes pre-installation checks, system installation and commissioning, planned maintenance, troubleshooting, assessment, and breakdown repair. The Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for local customers and the local commercial team regarding all service and repair–related matters. Travel within South Belgium is expected up to 75%. You will report to the Senior Technical Service Supervisor Belgium and travel regularly within South-Belgium to support customers and business growth.
