Location: Sunnyvale Type: Full-time: Reports to: General Counsel: Role Overview: We are seeking an In-House Counsel with approximately 5+ years of experience and an active U.S. bar membership to support our Hong Kong and U.S. fund operations, provide day-to-day corporate legal support across the group, and manage litigation support matters (including intellectual property and commercial disputes). This is a hands-on role working closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver practical, business-oriented legal solutions.
