About the role Forge is seeking an experienced residential HVAC heat pump installer with ductwork/sheet metal experience to lead a crew dedicated to installing ducted systems in the Eastern MA region. This is a working leadership role , where you'll bring your HVAC expertise to ensure the correct fabrication, installation and startup of systems. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting and problem-solving during system startup and will mentor junior installers to deliver high-quality work. The anticipated pay range for this role is $40-$53 USD per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. What you'll do: - HVAC System Installation : You will independently conduct on-site installations and start-up of ducted and ductless systems with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for ductwork installation, including fabrication of transitions and plenums.
