Overview: M – F typical business hours (no weekend) fully remote after initial training Job Description Summary: Maintains the efficient flow of purchasing activities and acts as a liaison between the department and vendor representatives, communicating and resolving discrepancies that may occur. Job Description: Essential Functions: - Resolves customer concerns or directs to appropriate department personnel - Verifies availability of product or service and establishes delivery dates. - Monitors inventory levels and initiates routine, rush, service, and procurement card orders. Confirms orders, details, and updates database discrepancies. - Maintains and updates the MMIS system with vendor information and purchase order information. - Processes returns and communicates with vendor, dock and customer.
