That’s where you come in. You’ll be the bridge between product design and production reality. You take concepts and turn them into manufacturable, scalable, and cost-efficient products, working directly with suppliers across Europe and Asia to make it happen. This is not a coordination role. You own the tooling, the suppliers, and the outcome. What you’ll do: You own the full journey from design to production readiness for critical components.
