While supporting the Plant Manager in monitoring and improving plant productivity. Hours : swing shift role 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am, or 3pm-11pm What You’ll Be Doing: - Cultivate a safety culture where unsafe acts are not tolerated and employees and management have a common. - Oversee assigned facility production activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) to ensure operations are running at the highest levels of efficiency. - Manage monthly sanitation inspections and lead, monitor and ensure corrective actions are completed as necessary. - Track and report on facility productivity improvements. - Approving daily reports and KPRs for the department. - Support and develop Production Supervisors in operations issues and trouble shooting. - Assist the Plant Manager in planning annual shutdowns. - Oversee the Process Safety Management programs, where applicable. - Work with the Safety/Environmental Manager to ensure compliance in all aspects. - Responsi...
